Arnold House Oil Furnace - Before
This oil furnace at the Arnold House in Chappaqua, was over 60 years old, terribly innefficient and required increasing maintenance. The furnace replacement was helped along by a very generous donor.

The new energy efficient gas furnace is keeping the 13 residents in this shared housing warm in the winter.
Mt. Kisco Gannett House - Before
The Gannett house in Mount Kisco is home to five residents. This tree grown too close to the house presented a risk of falling during a storm.

The tree removal is almost complete and it no longer poses a threat of falling on the house reducing potential storm damage, and making the interior birghter and sun lit.
