When will my order ship?
Shipping occurs Monday through Friday only. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. All orders placed with 2 Day shipping on Saturday and Sunday or by 1:00 PM CST on Monday ship on Monday. Orders placed with 2 Day shipping Monday through Friday prior to 1:00 PM CST ship the same day. Air orders placed after 1:00 PM CST ship the next business day.
Ground orders placed before the 1 PM cut off ship within 1-2 business days and are not guaranteed to ship that same day. When a Ground order is placed after the 1 PM cut off the first processing day becomes the next business day. Ground orders placed after the 1 PM cut off will ship within the next two business days. As an example a ground order placed at 7:20 PM on Tuesday night will ship on Wednesday or Thursday. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday.
What about shipping during the holiday ?
Holiday Shipping December 1, 2019 through January 4th, 2019 Ground orders placed before the 1 PM CST cut off Monday through Friday ship within 2-3 business days and are not guaranteed to ship the same day. As an example an order placed over the weekend or Monday prior to 1 pm will ship by Wednesday. Although most orders do ship the same day or the next day we can not guarantee all orders will.
Holiday Ground Deadline Ground orders placed before 1 PM CST on 12/20/2019 are guaranteed to ship prior to Christmas. (Please take into consideration the 2-3 day lead time on ground orders during the month of December.) Ground orders placed after 1 PM CST on 12/20/2019 are not guaranteed to ship prior to the holiday closing. We will continue to ship orders out in the order in which they were received and make every effort to ship every order we receive through Friday 12/20/2019 by 10 AM CST. Holiday Air Shipping Deadline. The deadline for guaranteed shipping of an air order prior to Christmas is 12/21/2019 at 1 pm CST All air orders placed after 1 PM CST on 12/21/2019 may not ship until Friday 12/27/2019.
Saturday Delivery

We do offer shipping to APO, FPO Boxes. However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk.
